Use SB2 (not 16) emulation, seems to work better with Midas 0.4a under dosbox
It takes a while to load (because the code was utter crap), be patient (and pump up the cycles to 10.000 or so while loading so it loads faster... turn them down a bit after loading if you don't want to hear the music skipping)
Ah, it's in Spanish.. if you can't read it, you can still see the pictures (very low res and 256 colors) by going to "la galeria", and clicking RMB to advance, and LMB to return (and ESC to go back to the menu).
