Well, my game is featured but my own distribution policy was violated, I quote the official README for Penta:

HOWEVER I REQUIRE THOSE WHO WANT TO INCLUDE IT ON MENU OR COMPACT
DISKS TO ASK ME FOR PERMISSION FIRST!
I don't have anything against menuing it but I would like to get a notice/mail first which I didn't in this case.
The rest of the menu is ofcourse nice!

You said "I want you to spread it" and "ask me for permission" to spread it on your menu. At first,this message was for D-Bug team ???
