Since readme.txt is in Russian (download just links to compo entry), I thought, I'd at least explain controls:
WASD - camera movement
QE - camera rotation
ZC / mouse wheel - camera altitude
X - center on tower
right click - center on position
KL - FOV
left click - cast
Tab - spellbook
Esc - menu
GL/HF.
