It uses lossy compression so I could have have it smaller but quality would suffer a bit. The Sega ROM mapper scheme can theoretically go up to 4MB to I targetted that.
Wow, it's even with colors. But what emulation? Fusion, I set to Europe 50hz, plays ok with some errors and wrong sound. Youtube please!
