This Video.

It bears some resemblance to this prod.

Props for pushing their video encoder further since the last one, there is nothing too much lost from the original video.

It looks kinda weird, considering the original was made in DPaint animation and then published as an animated gif on their myspace website back then. Maybe you should have just used the original gif. ;-)

At first, I thought there were "if" and "else" statements and programming logic that e.g. animated sprites to reproduce visuals similar to the original video.

But reading Gargaj and CiH's comments, as well as the NFO, it seems it's demonstrating the capabilities of a video encoder/decoder? Do I understand it right?
I can't help it, but I like it! :-)

@guardian, yes it demonstrates the capabilities of Tobe's encoder and decoder. He wrote an encoder in C on PC and a decoder on Atari. The decoder can play a video (80x50 zoomed to 320x200) in 12 fps with a 6,25 KHz 8 bit audio track.
