Finally, I found the intro and demo mentioned in the vectorball scroller in Saga! Thanks to Exocet/Demozoo. This was made by Stone & Vioon who later formed Dust.

Has some horizontal stars, a scroller, a bouncing group logo, and PC speaker music. Nothing special for Amiga at the time but fine for PC since there was not much else on the platform in early 1991.

I did not like the music too much. Otherwise its pretty decent, especially since this is an early PC demo.
