Yeah, I know it doesn't work on your computer and/or is too slow ;) X1300++ or gf6600GT+++ required.

A bit low on the fps (dualcore3800, gf6800), but looks and sounds real good for a 4k.

This shit runs so fast that I think I missed something about raycasting isosurfaces.

Looks very smooth and liquidy, I wanna melt some marshmallows, worked quite well (with some sever loss of frameratage) on my AMD 3000+ with a 6600GT card. (while running Azureus too)

Ok, so I have this X700 card and I only hear the music.. Bummer! To advanced intro.. :( The last time I had this feeling was when I noticed my a500 was absolete and I had to buy an A1200 because Origin, Full Moon didnt work 8)

ran smooth as hell here(x1600). Great raycasting/tracing. Nice style. Good sound. Even some scene history with that rework of lattice in there. What can I say, if pouet had marks out of 10, you'd get 10 from me.

Really great effects!

As with all 4ks, it's a little sparse so I'd love to see a more developed 64k version.

The music is also great for 4kb, almost 64kb level.
One of the best 4kb of the year.

Thx for all the nice comments :)
I've done a small update fixing the lag issues on nvidia cards and included a normal .exe in the archive. And the video has been replaced by a slightly better one from Crest.
The cpu speed doesn't matter at all - it's just rendering a single polygon - all the raytracing is done by the gpu.
Didn't know about lattice, but we did have Aura For Laura running at a time ;)

Barring surprises, I'm looking forward to voting for this as the best 4k at scene awards. There were a lot of great 4ks this year with advances in synths, rendering and design but (for me) most relied too heavily on d3dx, directsound. This tops the heap of a very good year in 4k. The volumetric fog , the lighting, the design, the complex surfaces everything is right. The nod to lattice may be accidental but its there. Truly great 4k.

Afaik it's a not so accidental nod to this

I told you that using shaders instead of x86 code everywhere that's possible would reduce executables sizes. ;)
