Probably an unfished remake of this Amiga intro. Tune is mod.necroscope by Mantronix.
Or some previous version of that.
I pretty much doubt that, Hetero always made conversions of Amiga intros. Besides, that old DOS intro doesn't feature any music while this one features exactly the same module as the Amiga intro.
