Final version notes:
So the turd has been polished. I tossed fmod in favor of
minifmod and fewer dll's. Also giving any commandline arguments
to the executable will result in non-fullscreen things. Linux
version crashes happily at the end due to some bug in minifmod
(can't be my code, nosirree). Windows version runs also under wine.
