Shutter-rasters effect in 128 bytes for Commodore C16/C116/Plus4 Coded by Andreas Gustafsson aka. Shadow/Noice in March 2009 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I've had a Plus4 for a while now and messed around with it a bit, but never actually released anything. So when the LimiTED2 compo kicked off, I thought it was a good time. One of the first demo effects I coded for the C64 way back in the eighties was the 'shutters'-raster effect. Now I got the idea to try and remake it in 128 bytes for the Plus4. I coded away, and even the first naive approach was just 10 or so bytes too big, so it wasn't all that hard to optimize it below the limit - I even managed to include a BASIC startup. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ andreas.gustafsson@gmail.com http://ag1976.com
