Yeah, nice tut, some quite interesting ideas... Above screenshot is from Introversion's Subversion (link) and that is a real shiny gem of procedural city generation.
Here's a quick binary link at Google code. It's a (shudder) .scr file, but runs great here and looks like it could easily pack down well under 64k. It *is* kinda nice to.. just let run.
