With the exception of BP/TG-releases, I believe most of the memorable prods usually come during summer/fall (Assembly, Evoke, loads of other parties).

For me, the (al)most (only) memorable thing about last years Evoke is that Rob is Jarig 64k won the demo compo.

Judging by the CPC list, the CPC scene sucks bigtime :)

The CPC scene? Hah, you should see the GBA scene!
Is there still a GBA scene? :P

Yeh Evoke was terrible for releases last year, hope this year is better.. and rob is jarig winning the 64k compo is fucking aweful, not a great advert for the party itself which was very enjoyable last year minus the releases. Oh well...

Last year(s) alot of great demos who also recieved a scene.org award came from the intel demo compo. Anyone know if this compo returns in 2009 ?

Smash: you should have finished and released your demo at bp09 than :)))
