Define "8-bit"? Does an 8-bit wav count?
So we can record whatever outside, convert to 8bit .wav and here we go!

You don't make sounds with tracker commands, you just modify the playback at best.
Maybe what you want to talk about is these old "digitalized" (that was the term back then right?) sounds from some videogames like Altered Beast?

I just turned the frequency to 7, that compensated the lack of shit level!
i'm positive that a downsampled version of isao tomita's rendition of mussorgskis "ballet of chicks in their shells" would suffice.
