Oh, please dont have that "little note with each bottle exchange thing" that was at BP last year. Go for one of thoose pricing sticker machines and put a sticker on each bottle. Or something like that ;)

And for us arriving at Thursday, any good tips on where to go get drunk?
Would be cool if we decided on a place so all sceners arriving on thursday go there.

I'm with tFt both on the bottle-return-system and a hostile scene-takeover of nearby pub.

Last year at BP, I constantly ended up with either too many bottles for the stickers I had or too many stickers for the empty bottles I had.

Suggestion: Put barcodes on the wristbands and make a small system to register amount of bottles for each purchase. Scan the barcode when scener returns bottles. Or at least some system less likely to degrade in quality with the amount of bottles needed to be returned ;-)
