Is it possible to find seminar videos anywhere? Couldn't find them on the ftp.

Seminar videos will be up eventually, yes. I guess the production crew are still catching up on lost sleep :)

The servers containing all the recordings was picked up from storage on tuesday (everything from the partyplace was packed and shipped to Oslo on Sunday/Monday).
Hopefully videos from the Creative Lounge will start appearing soon. The scene.org awards show will most likely need some post editing (sound) before it is released.

Both ftp.gathering.org and ftp.scene.org should now have a complete release archive for TG11.
Time to go glöp-hunting!

Hyde: Never be too serious about hobbies. I know for certain how anoying it is when something goes wrong or if voting doesn't go you way. The important part is people's reaction while you entry is shown/played. That's what really matters.

And I'm not offering sorry ass sausages or anything. Just trying to remind you of the trues reason you do what you do. If it was for the money, you'd do something else, if it was for the fame - you could do some internet porn and get more viewers. It's your inner urge to create something creatively unique and get feedback of people who are actually able to judge your work. Don't get upset about the voting or the opinion of people not really capable of juding the true greatness of your work.

In the scene as in real life - chose the people who's opinion you really care about and use that for motivation. That'll work :)

Punqtured: you do know Hyde is talking about a party from 1992, right? :)

Well - yeah, I found out just seconds after I presset submit :-D Neeeever post on pouet while moderately drunk. You risk being sober enough to barely make sense, but drunk enough to completely miss the point :-D

Nevertheless, my point seems fine enough - just a bit misplaced :D

If there was a single thing that could do with some improvement for next year, it's the amount of votes. More please!

As we did last year, we have compiled a subjective selection of music from The Gathering 2011 in a neat package and uploaded it to ftp.gathering.org.

http://ftp.gathering.org/TG/2011/MusicDisc/ or ftp://ftp.gathering.org/TG/2011/MusicDisc/ to download.
Tracklisting in .nfo.
