and please - dont sit on the fence. Tell us whether you want to go and we can make this happen again. I always have almost as much fun on the bus as at the actual party, and its a great way to socialize before everything explodes in an orgy of bitter-shots and onions.

I'm currently waiting for the buscompany to come up with an offer. I have requested the offer to have the option to do a pickup at a "raststelle" or "abfahrt" near Münster.
Sunspire: If you can try to figure out at least if there will be interest from a few people, that would be great.
The pickup will have to take place just next to the highway in order to keep the drivers schedule (he is only allowed to drive a specific amount of time before he must rest according to regulations)

I have updated the site with some pricing information. It is very important to understand, that the final price is not yet set at all - the more people we can gather, the lower the price goes.

We do need at least 20 people to reach an acceptable price-level, and have the bus going.

Germans: Your price will be different from the one that is based on travelling from Denmark - more about that, if you can collect enough people for us to do a pickup :)

how is this arranged? is it possible to get formal receipts and such? Like, is it somebody else than "Puryx" who is running it, like i.e. the TRSAC organisation :)?

Asking because I might be trolling my employee for funds :p

nic0, back in the digitalout days we ran it through there so people could get receipts, but obviously we don't do that anymore. but maybe we could persuade the bus company to bill you separately... just a thought.

Anyone going from/via Copenhagen?

This lone Swede is going to wake up damn early, take the train to Copenhagen and then either take the train the rest of the way to Aarhus (and could use some company) or help with paying gas and other stuff if someone's driving from Copenhagen and has a seat.

I'm travelling from Copenhagen to the pick-up at Fredericia. At the moment, I don't know if I'll be driving by car or by train. If I go by car and have seats to spare (other Fnuque-members are deciding whether to go or not at the moment) you're welcome. It's cheaper than with train. If I go by train, we could join up :)

I'm not 100 % certain which of the two it'll be, but I'll keep you in mind if I end up travelling by car :)

if you get the official organiser of the bus (puryx) to sign a written note for the costs, your accountants should be happy. however, they will not be able to deduct taxes.
yes, this should be possible - a few people have used this opportunity before.

And I'll do such a note of course ;)

hmmm yeah, that probably wont do :) No matter, I have a set budget for three years, so I can just pay here myself and not-pay some other time later when I do other work-related stuff :D
