Party in Argentina!

category: general [glöplog]
The fact that there is a scene in Argentina is more enjoyable than the releases from the party itself. Keep up the stuff and don't be strangers, guys.
it isn't like the scene there exists since yesterday =)

No, of course not :) But it's still nice to see there still is one.
Well, this just goes to show how important location is.. the winter olympics may have worked in salt lake city, but demo parties come more than once every four years. :)

Might be a bit offtopic, but do any of you guys know Puma/Negative Edge? If that wasn't his handle it must be close to it, he was from Peru.
We exchanged some interesting mails a while ago, but I lost contact with him around '98 or so. Would be cool to know about him again :)

This is really great. I can't wait to read the party reports and check out the pictures. :)

I just remembered it was Jaguar/Negative Edge, not Puma.

Acidbrain: Dunno how things are going currently in Peru, but back then they were the only group in their country. Things seem to go way better in Argentina =)
A darle caña :D

the idea of an atlantic ocean countries virtual compo is starting to sound more reasonable by the minute :)
ofcourse we already have molvanian zscene gathering :D http://scene.org/~ps/mzg/ where ppl can enter remotely but would be cool to have something to unite the latin speaking countries, kinda like the overseas compo back in 99.. maybe in 2005.. :)

Well. Duh. (:
if you eat currywurst and prefer beer over vodka you're GERMANIC LANGUAGES NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY compliant. ;D

nah. I'm a germanic languages native. And I:

a) know what they actually put in wurst/saussage.
b) am fed up with beer. Yes, I've had so much beer lately, I can hardly drink it anymore.

the a) stuff, everyone should know. They put parts of unspeakable things into that crap.

b) is of course highly controversial. FED UP WITH BEER?

Yes...I've had too much beer since I moed to Denmark. I need a BEERBREAK! Only if it's very cold (As serverd in my native country) can I drink it, but not in large quantities. I get physically unwell before I get drunk when I drink beer.

I am very thankful for champagne, dry whites, tom collins, cuba libres and screwdrivers.
Sounds like you need a beercation.

Maali: 5 Euro into the "bad rhymes" cash box! ;)

Truck: According to some texts I've recently read at ... (I don't want to mention it here since dominei would doubt its credibility. ;) ) I can say YES. You know, Angles and Saxoniens (the real ones, not fakes like me) moved from Germania to England (no, they've invaded it) and distributed their language there. Many years later poeple from the british islands invaded the "new world" and did the same there. ;)

On a side note: I really wait for the day when President Sworsnegga will invade Austria and fetchs it "home". The 53th (or even later) state of the USA. \o/
Now the original topic finally went completely away. Thread pouetized! \o/
