Is Gargaj's Conduit dead?

What's happened to Gargaj's excellent Conduit tool for downloading and running demos from Pouet.net pages automatically? The installer is still there, but a broken link for the Chrome extension, and it's no longer mentioned on Pouet.net pages.

Works fine with Firefox, Chrome extension is stuck in review for some reason.
