Polish musician Dreamer was also very innovative with protracker! :-)

+ Banana and Nightlight :)
what about hunz? what about xerxes?
and what about zodiac?
I always enjoyed working with Lizardking, Radix and Hunz. Call me biased, but they really bring great musicality to the scene.

Dizzy and Moby gotta get on that list, too, even though I never knew them.

Mad Max/TEX
505/Checkpoint
Amusic/Andromeda Software Design
kb/Farbrausch
Firestorm/Doomsday
Purple Motion/The Future Crew
Jester/Sanity
Jesper Kyd/The Silents
JosSs/? (I have yet to hear a song from him I didn't like, even after I went and purposefully looked for more of his stuff)

And if we get into game music, Chris Huelsbeck, Jeroen Tel, Rob Hubbard and some of Jochen Hippel's better work.

Jogeir has always been a favourite of mine, along with 4-Mat. And then there's Mantronix, Tip and all the other classics.
I've had a thing for Axel lately, though. =)

Somehow I'm missing Wayfinder and paniq here.

Oh and yes, Jogeir is very good. Doing a 4ch of What is love and taking some parts out of it for Physical Presence, ... WOW!
Too bad, google just confused me: "MOD.What_Is_Love is a conversion of the radio hit song by Halligan/Torello". Anyway, here are the last two links for that post: first, second.
i'm rather fond of a particular musician that calls himself "uncle-x vs dixan". he really rocks.

Some good non-scene-but-having-free-stuff-on-the-net folks:

khonnor (aka grandma, aka I cactus), vae (aka aleksi virta), supine, minibosses...

vae isn't all too non-scene, afaik. (ninja in a box, anyone?)
