Wow, freeze's cooking looks really fucking good. Email them to me! (And I don't mean the recipes and pictures.)

On a side note, both times at Pilgrimage legalize took me to restaurants with decent sized veggie-monster menus and great food! (Something one does not get in Lloyd...)
rmeht: Haha, cool. Could've been a bit more "fr-033: dom fries".
Thehehehe. Thanks guys. ^_^;;

Yet another pic of my meal today.

Fake Tofu steak with basmati rice and a dark sauce with (no magic) mushrooms and a nice Greek salad with special haselnut oil. And my mum came around today and gave me an Italian red wine from 2000 as a present which had a tiny nutlike taste, but the positive way.

"wank off to freeze's food" or 'wank off to freeze''s food' would be correct.

shit, that looks nice and healthy too!

but very few people have the time for this kind of thing...

what I don´t like about cooking is it takes 40 mins to make and 1 min to eat :)

Now I'm at the back of beyond (Hollywood, LA) and cooking home food is an excellent way to fight homesickness ;)

Crepes

for about twelve yummy crepes:

  • 100 gr of Flour
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 25 cl 'o Milk
  • 30 gr Butter
  • Olives oil
  • Salt

Put the flour in a recipient, then put 2 eggs in the center, add 3 or 4 spoons of milk and amalgamate all. Slowly pour the remaining milk until you obtain a somewhat fluid paste.

Add the remaining butter (previously melted) and then let it get nearly cool.

Add the salt, still work the paste for some minutes with a small whip and then let the paste rest for at least 1 hour.

When you're going to cook the crepes, slightly grease the bottom of the frying pan with oil or butter, let it warm up, and then pour two spoons of paste.

Move the pan in order to spread the paste on all the bottom, then cook from both sides.

In the case of salted crepes replace sugar with salt.

I use another (more simple) receipe for crepes.

- 2/3 eggs
- 120 grams of flour
- half a litter of milk (usually i blend randomly with flour till i get a satisfying creamy texture).

Let 1 hour to rest in a fridge.
You may add sugar/salt in the above receipe too, but it makes the crepes unusable with salted/sugared condiments, in the appropriate case.

For blinnies it's the same receipe, with "Blanc d'oeuf monté en neige", which means, errrrr, snowy textured white of egg.. Well, what you get with egg's white after beating for 20 minuts or so..

Sorry for my poor english cooking vocabulary. :(
