Looking for this demo! Please help me!

category: general [glöplog]

Hi everybody.
I've been looking for this demo for almost twenty years, and I can't still find it. I beg you to help me.
The demo was very simple. Probably it's correlated to the ham tecnology, because on the floppy it was written - if i'm not mistaken, "demo ham". I don't have the floppy anymore so... Anyway in the demo there were some images in 3d. You had only to click the left of the mouse to make the next image appear. Everything with music. That's all. The images consisted mostly in coloured geometric shapes and figures, like spheres or cubes. I don't remember most of the images, but - if i'm not mistaken - i recall a chessboard or something.
I tried to find it anyware, but no success. Would you help me please?
hmm url fail it seems.

im also looking for a demo.
i am quite sure its for DOS; and i believe its over 10 years old. the only thing i can remember was that it had mushrooms in it, yeah mushooms! and some wireframe stuff blended with noisy pixels. iirc it was 320x200(240?) resolution.

Thanks, but it isn't any of them :(
you are not looking for a demo but a slideshow right?
also can u remember if the images were photo's or raytracings or pixelled ?

yep slideshow.
i would've said photo, but i just googled raytracing (i'm not english so i didn't know that word) and I found images that reeeally look like the ones of the slideshow. This one for example: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/93/Raytracing_reflection.png.
so you're looking for raytraced photos?!?!?

Thinking about this, it could be everything...most likely just a disk of some renderings someone made, some showiff.exe and a startup-sequence to be sent to some groups asking for joining as a Render-Artist. ;) Could have been done by any lamer out there!
No :(
@hArDy yeah, I know this is a shot in the dark, but I thought this would be the only place on earth to find that damn slideshow.
The only things i remember are that 3d images of coloured spheres, geometric figures and raytracings and, above all, the 8-bit music. The music is the thing i remember most. Maybe i could whistle it for you if it would be helpful :P

Nope, sorry!
I'll just bump this thread (I thought we had a longer one of these going??)

What's the recent demo with two robots fishing on a shack poking out of an infinite ocean? I've seen it a few times but have forgotten the name. Was a major party release.
