So, airport shuttle assignments have been done and mails should have received you.
If we couldn't organize a shuttle for your flight please be sure to check for alternative means of transportation.
In case of any questions, please drop us a mail.
Unfortunately we had to rise the shuttle price one-way to 30€ this year due to steadily increasing costs in the past years. Still it should be competitive compared to most train connections and of course more fun :-)

Don't have a shuttle yet but need one? Check the website for free spots in the confirmed buses and drop us a mail!

Good news!

We have upgraded the features of the "I ❤ Revision but I can't be there" ticket.
You can now vote (and live-vote) for all competitions from the comfort of your couch and make a difference even if you're not there in person.

If you have one of those tickets, we'll send you an access key with which you can register an account both in the app and on a remotely accessible version of our party intranet.

To use it from within the apps, you have to scan your print@home ticket code from within the app to get access. A new version of the Android app is already available, iOS will follow soon.

If you can't attend Revision this year, head on over to our pre-sale page or to our website and get yourself an "I ❤ Revision but I can't be there" ticket.

We'll send all ticket holders additional instructions as the party comes closer.

Can´t await to see how many votes will roll in this time then!
Nice new feature for sure! All thumbs up!

I always wondered how such a voting-from-home would affect the results. As everyone has to admit watching a stream of a compo or being there live in person are two very different things...

Just hope no1 buys people to vote for them from home, haha...but i guess this doesn´t work out, atleast prizemoneywise...
...if Assembly would do that it would be like that i think...with several thousand dollars of prizemoney! ;)
You really need to add this information to the I♥REVISION BUT I CAN'T BE THERE-page, so people know they have another very good reason to decide to support us.
But i guess you are working on that already right now! :)
If I remember correctly from last year, Las said (after a lot of trouble with the latest but not-greatest nvidia drivers) that for the 2017 edition, he would simply announce some time in advance which stable version of the drivers the compo machine would use. Is that still the plan?

Interesting decision. Curious to see stats about couch/party voting after the party sometime (:

Any update on dat GPU and/or its driver?
added on the 2017-04-09 03:37:56 by LJ LJ
Hey everyone so the week is upon us - I was wondering if anyone wanted to try the 'exit the room' game that's in saarbrucken? They run in English and only last a short hour - https://www.exit-adventures.com/

(ignore the broken cert, site is legit).

I arrive Thursday so I was thinking Friday either morning or early pm would be a good time?

We hope to get Titan-X GPUs. But we're not 100% sure yet. We'll update you as soon as we know for sure.

The compo pcs will also get updated specs as one of our machines died very recently. More on that tomorrow as soon as we ordered the hardware.

I recently rediscovered my good ol' TI-92 graphing calculator and will bring it to the party place.

If you are interested in giving it some demoscene love, let me know and you can have it. Comes with graph link cable, big manual (German though), additional software CD, emulator + dumped ROM (on a floppy!).

Also I have a copy of a(n old – vintage even!) C64 graphics programming book (also German) that is looking for a new caring owner.

Yogi, I'd like to take the TI-92, if noone else wants it, although I won't be at Revision. Please give it to Havoc, Dfox or someone else who is going to Outline; I'll collect it there.

The manuals will also be useful too :) Can't have a machine like this going to waste.

Cheers :)
