thanks :) hijacker and me took some care to optimize it. I guess the most gpu-demanding part is the parallax-mapped iso surface tunnel with multiple projector lights.

ASD - Iconoclast!

ASD Demos need far more CPU/GPU Power my machine can deliver.
I get around 1-5fps.
I tested the GF6200 against the GF3-Ti200. Because the performance-difference is not much, but the GF6200 has a better image-quality and can run the radeon 8500-9800 demos I choose the GF6200 to stay in the system. It's the better choice over all, even if it has only 64Bit Memory-Interface. The Ati-/Nvidia Techdemos are the best tests for the shaders. I did not find a Demo/Intro yet that has the same level of quality and performance on my system.
Um, why settle for a shitty card like the GF3-TI200. It has mainly collectors value.

You should rather get your hands on a Geforce 4ti 4200. They are usually more readily available and cheaper and about 50% faster in the sections where it counts.

I have at least 5 of them, half of them are from Aldi PC's, so go figure.

WarriorAtWar, no way Stargazer will work on a GF6200.

STARGAZER works, but most parts with 1-3fps.
The best looking and fast effects are from the radeon tech-demos :)
Other than that, anything from the dark ages of the "additive blending era" should work.

Can you try my old bullshit?

If performance sucks, it's my fault.

This one was great, but can the permanently displayed Text and the grey lines be disabled, so I can get a sharp look of the great effects :)
