Demos/intros starting to appear in malware? (Don't worry, I'm only linking youtube)

Silly question, but about a year ago, a trojan named ResonateII was released. (Sorta)

Here is the intro +Some other upcoming stuff the guy is making:

Maybe a few persons like to put some oldschoolish "homages for cracktro makers" by embedding small intros into malware. I doubt that it would be an upcoming thing as there are many times different reasoning (=monetization schemes mainly) behind making 1980s cracktros vs. making 2010s malware.

Well to me it seems like a sign that at least some vx developers do it for the "scene" and want respect rather than coins for their work, since the people doing those intros seem to be mostly tool/engine/infectionroutine devs with some sort of idealism or competition in their mind.
That or its just old scene guys going black and thats the only way of advertisement they know how to do. ;)
If supporting a (really huge) criminal/scamming business is morally ok is written on another page of course, but I understand that breaking security mechanisms of hard and software is a fun challenge to some.
I doubt its going to be a new trend to put intros into your virus construction kit, tho ;)

Pretty lame intros but that Take On Me cover in the second video is pretty nice.

I doubt it too, but I just think the idea is nice. This is also malware not publicly available, unless you get a frequent member on a forum.

Plus, they actually program it...

it resembles pretty much the early 90s bbstros and warez advertisers... not all people who already used computers back then picked the right path.
