Please let me resolve this issue before you take legal action. I can
still drop him from my label if your accusation is true. I am very
upset by the barrage of messages that I' ve gotten from Crazy Q and
everyone.I can remove the tracks and pull the record by the end of the
day, but please let me investigate with Laromlab. I am calling him
right now.
I apologize for the inconvenience. I am glad you brought this to my
attention before we launched the media campaign on this in the states.
Again, I'm very sorry for all of this.

Dubmood that is actually very possible. Back when we started to release on 12" we were lucky if we just broke even. If you release in a niché and havent established yourself with its following yet, there are only losses to be had from it (and great experiences which is why people keep doing it). Think of it as demoscene with enormous added expenses, and in this case nothing could actually be closer to the truth. it IS in fact demoscene.
This is pretty bad, atleast timbo added a breakbeat and a fair vocal.
Go easy on the label though, how could they have known?! In fact please go easy on the guy aswell, atleast he is not being a dick about it and admits to shenanigans with no further ado :) |
