How do you guys arrange for the time to do demos?

I used to code at work during quiet times (or sometimes even when there was other stuff to do, since you all know how a man can get stuck doing something interesting), but now it's different since i have a new job.

So nowadays i code between 9pm and 1am (and a bit daytimes on weekends), although i should go to bed earlier.

Oh and, a script engine or similar would be bestest to reduce time spent on design/cameras/etc but i'm too fucking busy making demos so i don't have time to write one :D
