FRIDGES ARE FOR KEEPING IT COOL (real)
SANDWICH MACHINES ARE FOR MAKING SANDWICHES
COMPUTERS ARE FOR WATCHIN DEMOS
STREET LIGHTS ARE FOR LIGHTING THE STREETS
CRYSTAL BALLS ARE FOR TELLING THE FUTURE
PHONES ARE FOR CALLING PEOPLE
COWS ARE FOR EATING
BUSES ARE FOR GETTING FROM A TO B (or c)

as far as i know there exists only one demo on series 30 (not 50, btw.) platform: http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=7165, and even that's made on nokia 3410 - colours are unneeded luxury. :)

there's also the mfx&kewlers 20 year anniversary demo from kooma that works on series 30c (3510i) and series 40 phones.
you can get it here through wap:

(I guess it's ok to spread that...)

Those two demos are no shows of technical excellence or anything like that. I strongly believe that mobile phones are interesting platform for demos. People are doing demos for obscure platforms that nobody really have, but most of us own a mobile these days. Current size limit with wireless capability could introduce us new kind of demos with dynamic content etc. Well.. propably not if I don't do it. Erhm. Anyway. Join the wireless revolution and start doing mobiledemos. Easy to learn. Hard to master. AGA killed scene and so on.
