a great re-creation of magic carpet in 64k, but it has no speedlimits whatsoever and runs fast on modern computers. use a util like moslo to slow down your cpu to enjoy this one.

Back then, the original Magic Carpet game was two cd's if I am not mistaken.

And I was amazed. ALOT :-)

Finally, I am looking for 'The Journey' megademo from the same group. Anyone? You know, the one with the Commodore logo explosion at the end :-P

original magic carpet was one cd or four 3.5" disks without an intro - released after they made ppl go and buy a cd-rom. this intro is nice anyway.

it was really impressive when it was released and still is... I like the music too, it's giving the right ambiance to the intro.

Maybe the "fast" P200MMX has some guilt that this intro wasn't that impressive to me, but for 64k this one is really cool.

The fr-08 of its day. Or something. Impressive 64k feat, now almost 20 years old.

Very good 64k!
Amazing how they managed to squeeze the data to such an impressive size giving a solid production.
