Doesn't work for me..
Doesn't work on Win 8 here.
It doesn't work because it should by fact run under Win9x and uses some heavy tricks (yep, PE-COM? :). Will try on my MD9x machine later ;)
alright, it is indeed a win9x 4k, having a two parts (a particles from the screenshot and a raytraced(?) scene), and it could be a okish one if it was not been horribly unsynchronized :(
