He didn't mistake it for his towel now, did he? ;)

h0ffman (and the others djing on sunday night): Sorry about the delay on the 2nd stage. I screwed it up and forgot to turn off the delay line that synced the 2nd stage PA to the main one. Next time I'll try to postpone the "all done, let's get stoned as fuck" plan for a few minutes and you just come complain earlier, ok? :)

Franky: Wheee. It's still around then. Awesome. I'll get a hold of him ;)

The state kb describes can usually be identified by him wearing bunny ears and/or pigtails.

Punqtured: Not if he enters into negotiations with Eastern European kidnappers again!

Ahahahaha, I feel another great Punqtured performance in the future!

Gargaj: Yeah. Totall Deja Vu. The effort of fencing it from the hands of kidnappers once more, is simply more than I could possibly handle :-p

kb was so adorable with the bunny ears <3

gaspode: we don't have a final headcount yet as we're still working on statistics. But there have been more than 800 people this year at Revision.

what i think would be cool as well would be one of the bigger screens outside(or at least visible from the outside), displaying the beamslides only (compos don't make sense imo)

Yeah, I liked that at the breakpoint parties. So one could smoke and not miss an announcement. If you just had the sound outside in a reasonable volume, it would be cool yet. Is the "walkthrough tent" like at breakpoint not an option for Revision?

But that's only sugar on top requests. It was a great party as it was, with lots of features and professional organisation. And thanks for the coffee! :-)

novel: a tent connected to the main hall is not possible due to regulations of the fire brigade.

how hard would it be to place a lcd like you had at the entrance hall and some speakers in the "beer tent"? I'm just asking, cause I missed compos on purpose due to the hard routine:

- getting inside;
- take 2 coats off;
- take scarf off;
- put them down on my chair, meaning walk the narrow space between german and french sceners, topped with britelite in his tiny netbook, apologizing for throwing people's coats to the floor;
- come to the main corridor,, meaning walk the narrow space between... etc
- walk all the way down to the big screen, only to find no chair to sit on and choosing from standing or sitting on the floor;
- sitting on the floor;
- moving the legs every 10 seconds because I'm a fat bastard and my blood circulation gets cut when I sit on the floor;
- giving up sitting; choosing standing;
- sitting again because the drunk guy behind me cannot see;
- feeling 10,000 needles in my legs and feet;
- giving up and going back out.

</half-joking>

Of course I enjoyed watching demos in the big screen, but I remember at breakpoint being able to watch compos while drinking beer, smoking cigarrettes, maybe eating and talking to friends, and all this comfortably sitted on the wonderful BeerBenches(R).

Don't take me wrong, I enjoyed the party and I believe you made an extraordinary effort in order for things to be as good as possible. And you did it extremely well! But the real party is outside(R) and I just enjoy being there too much. I don't want to compare Revision to Breakpoint or Mekka&Symposium, it's different and it's great, but if it's not a big hassle to hang a lcd and some speakers and pass 2 cables from the tent to the beam team, we would really appreciate it. kthxbye

And finally, fuckings to everyone that didn't recognize me because of no beard. I'M ALLOWED TO SHAVE, YOU KNOW?!

We had a brilliant time, so thanks to the organisers! I will say +1 vote for more food choices, but that's sort of our fault for not realising that not everywhere has the UK's lack of respect for Easter (I think the shops close for ten minutes at midnight on the Sunday here) and failing to stock up from the supermarket on the Saturday. :)

POed I missed the impromptu oldskool hardcore set though. I'll bring some vinyl to Sundown if someone else can bring some decks. :)

d.fox: well, that's a good reason.
Still, a screen outside, and if it only was a 33 cm hotel room tv would be really cool imo. Think that the Bratwurst-Staff could also understand the party better this way. ;)

Yeah, a screen outside would indeed be rather nice (: Or just really any other way for people to know when a compo is starting (:
added on the 2012-04-11 01:40:58 by ___ ___
agreed. a screen outside would be lurvly. Also, cos it gets fucking warm inside quickly with all those people getting too excited to see variform2, or, just find a way to better vent the main hall during compos. If there's anything i can think of to complain about, it's probably just that ;)
i want wlan outside
Yeah bittin, that should give us the opportunity of being on Twitter and Facebook the entire time when we could drink beer and socialize with other people 'in real life'.
