I'm not fan of this Nosferatu style, certainly not for the musical(?) theme. But I must say that your code'n'script are clean. Nowadays, making such things on AGA machines is worth a thumb.

Neat stuff with good pace! As usual with Krabob's amigaprods the textures really suffer from the truecolor to 8bit conversion and look really grainy.. However, the monkey deserves several thumbs up!!!

A lame bug was fixed and the archive changed. Now it works fine under
Morphos, UAE with WB and certainly under A1 with AmigaOs4, as "happy
road" that uses the same engine runs too :-) I also added an
icon for 640x480 mode.

Ah... If someone could make the DivX of this 2m20s demo it would
be nice.

The very first impression after seeing the first frames at the democompo [b]live[b/], was :

...a smile, and thoughts of a joke and crappy demo...but...If you concentrate and relax, and just leave your sense to the demo...wow!...I dunno how to explain, but a rare and disturbing sensations came to me when the demo finished, something like a deja vu or hidden message.

Some very good and some very bad ingredients mixed. A pig for the effort.

How does this work under winUAE? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
added on the 2005-01-08 22:59:59 by prismra prismra
prismra: uae can run A500-like productions on .adf (amiga disk images), but this demo can't do that because it needs some amiga system functions (the datatypes) to be hardware independant. You got to have an amigaOS installed to use it with UAE. (what the amiga forever CD does.) Then for exemple on PC, it will use un-emulated native screen modes and sound devices.

hahahhaah.. great stuff :D where do you get inspiration from? it isnt visually nor audibly appealing, but I think it is crazy enough for a view anyway.. Original!

hey krabob go and get some graphicians and do another ppc demo... its a shame to waste your coding skills for such crap.

but the monkey was very good :D

loaderror: And the nosferatu! This demo runs fine on my Pegasos 2.
xenusion: what you say? this demo is not a crappy one. And you can use the same engine just downloading "karate". As you are a very good graphician, you only need to meet a good musician. Krabob coding abilities are at your service using his script language. Do you think that are wasted skills?

"What you Say" - another Karate powered demo. This time the effects, textures and the overall design is quite good. If, yes if there would not be this shitty music. The same objects are shown too often in my humble opinion but else it`s a good production. Next time a better tune, please!

hehe, WHAT YOU SAY?! your ears have wax!!

A typical MKD feeling. I love Mankind prods and the scripting engine is wonderful to see on Amiga systems! Nice one Krabob!

Wicked.
I can't explain myself the Krabob's tropism to these oriental carpet-based textures, though :)
