yes, it runs directly on the GBC (maybe also on the GBA)...
It has also some build in drumsamples and a nice effect editor.

Hmm...but how to use it? i've read that it was used for some games. But it looks like you can only really use it emu,ators? How about load and save?

The tunes are included in the fatass "rom"? In the source archive there are some empty music dir's, or even the "inc" files. Wat is the format, extension of the tune?
