When in doubt, thumb it up. I've actually played Lynx games by the way.

ah. sorry... :( you know how shitstorms start here even with self voting so I wanted to make it clear :D
Nice 3D - didn't realize the Lynx was that powerful, pushing quite a lot of polys here!

Good demo anyway.

I think Lynx had only zooming sprite in hw, no rotate.
Can't think of a way to fake triangles with rotating sprites, I would guess the 68000 does it.

Nice!
From wiki "Unlimited number of high-speed sprites with collision detection"
just what it need for easiest unlimited bobs ;Pp

no rotating of sprites possible... "only" shift/tilt/stretch ;) and it's 3d & polys & culling/sorting... no "donut Animation".

the cube is pure software rendering by Axis and in subpixel accuracy.

zoom rotator is slow because it still runs in loops... ;=) sorry for that but I lacked time to write proper unrolling code version.
Great demo for the unique device! (as a scene platform). Awesome effects!

Amstrad-like (imo) gfx Amiga-like effects just make it more spicy!
I wonder how have you managed to squeeze such a platform.
Great music, dudes as well!

nice demo.

I really liked the Cubes the most! While at the same time they broke the whole Demo...everything else seems to run in every other frame while this is superfluid! ;)

Now that i read the comments i get why the cubes rule that hard...Axis did them, haha! :)
