One of the first Mega demo on ST gathering different europeans groups. The main menu is simple , but nice (vertical scroll with the group's logo, very smoothy). As far as i can remember, TCB signs a very good screen (inspired of Amiga production ) who push ST out of the limits. Nice work and nice music... good megademo like Whattaeck or Union demo

Hey tabarnak, sowatt is my first demo I ever seen !! When I get it I don't know anything about demo and I don't see the first screen was a mainmenu !!! :-)
Oh just a bad thing: the screenshot here was taken using "Steem" emulator (the screen is left shifted). Better use the *great* "SainT" emulator for watching atari demos !!

no thumb up? my mistake, it had to be done :)

Uneven quality: some screens were not that good whereas a few ones rocked. An old classic anyway.

No thumb from me...it got too many weak parts for a ruler...and it contains the burden of the future a sprite record screen..:-)

The demo that initiated that old sprite contest :)

Stormlord intro rules, loader track rules, menu graphics rules, grodan and kvack kvack rules.. well simply put, the demo rules.

For no reason at all, I made a little video showing the Grodan and Kvack Kvack screen versus the original TechTech screen on Amiga. I guess many Atarians never saw the original..

Youtube

Make sure to click the high quality link or it's all blurry..

Oh yes, and how about this then:

ST vs. Amiga on Youtube

So it is wise to post that ST can do one effect better than Amiga?

Evil : interesting video :)

TCB's TechTech was one of my favorite demoparts on Atari ST and was one of the best for its time codewise.
added on the 2008-06-23 19:17:06 by keops keops
TCB invented, Zappy raped, Defjam owned.
As easy as 1-2-3.

If we look at this as a design side, Keops owns as a design side, but now owned ;)

And little offtopic, Leonard said that the European Demos Dim's total fullscreen, which is favorite of mine, is his favorite screen when he started to code. So coderwise, is the Dim's screen lame or not? Because someone here or was it on Atari IRC channel said that this screen is lame?
