The code is great. I don't remember to have seen such smooth of these kind 3d routines (env mapped objects) on AtariSt before..
Needs Steem to run (At least I had only the hdisk version and not a disk one to test with SainT)

great work!

That seriously kicks ass ! Evil's 3d engine is extremely impressive and there are some good design ideas, lots of great pictures with a coherent style, and finally the tune is one of the best I ever heard in a ST demo.
Being an fundamentalist pixeller, my only regret is that some of the pictures -although very good- are just converted to 4-bit... but in such a good demo I don't mind too much :)

Respect, DHS! I really dig that mapped pillar. Very (!) good music, neat design and some impressive graphics. Let's hope it won't take another 4 years for the next ST demo by DHS... ;-)

Really nice demo - although a bit too much tridi oriented.
Another drawback - the music. It's really really boring, for my opinion. Sorry.
505 made much better Chips than those here.

Nevertheless, it's quite cool + entertaining and the graphics by C-Rem are really incredible.

Hmm, after reading all the comments I expected to see any extraordinary demo. I'm a bit disappointed now. The graphics are nice, music too but the demo seriously lacks effects. I could spot exactly 2: table based deformation and 3d object show. Doesn't do it for me. Also, the texturemapper seems to be quite inaccurate...

The 3D, the 2D, the transparency, the music... simply perfect!

Simply great, DHS really rules.

DHS rocks, their website is such a great resource. Those transparencies and 3D objects are spectacular, there are some holes in the toruses though but otherwise really fantastic.

I watched it again, hoping to see what others see here. But for me it's still a demo with very few effects, a pretty inaccurate texturemapper but nice graphics and music. Maybe one day I'll be enlightened and see an outstanding demo here. ;) For now still pigface. ;)

This is a fantastic demo for ST 1Mb.

However it's worth to know it's also a beautiful demo for unexpanded Atari Falcon 030.

And on Falcon the demo is fluent. :)

Impressive envmapping etc. 3D routines in this one, and runs rather fast for an 8MHz computer.

Can't help finding this demo kind of boring actually, but the code is great, so is the graphics...
