even on a shareware CD or something like it. You may spread it without
modifications. The authors are in no way responsible for any damages the
program may cause by running it. Including ear damages.

This is version 2.0 of the one and only gabber house music disk: Thunder
Feelings. We have also released version 1.0 at the X-95 in Holland. The
biggest difference between both versions is that this one supports more
outputs like SoundBlaster, D/A Converter and Disney Sound. This version is
released at the 28th of June 1995. Have fun!

   REQUIREMENTS:

You need at least a 80386 processor and VGA compatible card. If you don't
choose GUS or nosound you also need at least 550kb of free base memory.
You also need two fingers to put into your ears incase you do not like
   gabber. A mouse is optional.

   TROUBLE SHOOTING:

   If the program tells you
   ■ THUNDER.EXE has been altered!: This means that the EXE file is not in
it's original form. Try to get the original one.
   ■ Unable to locate THUNDER.EXE!: This means the program could not find
THUNDER.EXE. It could be that the EXE file is named incorrectly or you
didn't run the EXE file from its directory.
   ■ Error while allocating memory!: This means DOS sucks. You cannot do
anything about this error. It's a technical problem.
   ■ Error while loading graphics! Still running...: This means that the
program is unable to load the graphics. THUNDER.EXE may be altered. Try
     to get the original one.
   ■ One of the modules is missing: This means that you do not have all the
MOD files. Try to get them.
   ■ One of the modules is damaged: This means that at least one the MOD
files is not in it's original form.
   ■ No 80386 found: This means it is time to buy a PC.
   ■ No VGA or compatible card found: This means you are a maniac.
   ■ You need [n] bytes more free base memory: This means you do not have
enough free base memory. You can make more free by skipping the
AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS when resetting your PC. The only thing you
have to install is your mouse driver.

NOTE: Thunder Feelings may crash when you have programs like QEMM and
   EMM386 installed!

   THE CREDITS:

   Music:..................................................Acidhead/Freelance
   Coding:..................................................MainBrain/Genuine
   Graphics:..............................Sick Sjaak/Genuine, FireBall/Ghoul,
   ..........................Blind Pew/Ghoul, Gnoek/Genuine & Red Ice/Genuine
   Design:..................................MainBrain/Genuine & Gnoek/Genuine

Some more information about who did what:
Acidhead made all the modules on his amiga. MainBrain did all the coding,
except the CASCADA player for gus and MiniMod for the rest was needed to
blast out the gabbah. Sick Sjaak drew the "Mouse With Shotgun" behind the
mainmenu and the "Angry Dog" in the greetings part. FireBall drew the
Skull which you can see when you start Thunder Feelings. Blind Pew made
the font of the Credits and Gnoek made the font in the greetings part and
gnoek filled the two pictures of Sjaak. Red Ice drew the song names font.
MainBrain and Gnoek together made it's design. The ANSI is made by our
halfmember Steel. This text file is written by Gnoek.

NOTE: MiniMod is also known as TPMOD. The sound quality of this player is
terrible. We know GoldPlay gives a much better quality but we have
"noticed" that GoldPlay crashes on a DX2. We know the sound is terrible
when you move the mouse in the mainmenu. Do not, I repeat, do not blame us
for this. MiniMod doesn't use any SoundBlaster interrupts (MiniMod sucks).

   ABOUT GENUINE

Genuine was formed when two groups decided to become one in Okt 1993. A
group from Zevenaar, this one contained Gnoek, MainBrain and Red Ice. And
a group from Oosterbeek, with Atrox and Fact in it.
We've released our first productions at the Bizarre '94: Nerds Brain and
   the awful Gnouc intro...

We had planned to release Nerds Brain and the Rivalon demo at this nice
party, but when we heard that there were only a few intro's who took part
of the intro competition, Fact and Red Ice immediately started to create
one. Red Ice had all the procedures ready so there were just a few things
to make: some objects to rotate, some graphics, and some music.
The objects where reasonable, but when you saw the graphics, you had only
one wish: to become blind. The music, which was a MOD, was composed in 2
minutes by a coder (Red Ice). We think it wasn't so bad our music system
   did not work afterall...

What a disaster this was for Genuine: the GoldPlay routines didn't work
on a 486 DX2. For this reason Genuine decided not to make it worse, so we
didn't let the rivalon demo take part of the competion. Though, this demo
wasn't so bad at that moment. The first thing we had to do after the
competition was to make sure the Gnouc intro wouldn't be spread. So
Red Ice ran to the demo computer, to delete it from it's hard disk, as
soon as the competion was over. For some reason something went wrong and
the Gnouc intro was spread. We even think the Gnouc intro was the best
   spread release we ever did.
Elsewhere, Gnoek (our member, who called himself NightLight at that time)
and MainBrain had a problem too: A few seconds after the spreading of
Nerds Brain the first bug was found: Our Mode-X routine didn't work on all
VGA cards. Progress of Hypnosiss helped us by creating a new one, so the
spreading of the new version of Nerds Brain could continue. After the
Bizarre more bugs where found: The blocks which you suppose to move up
-OR- down could move up -AND- down. After a month the final version (v1.5)
   was released.

Red Ice, the coder of Gnouc, didn't sleep well after the Bizarre. He had
to make something to prove he wasn't so bad as he seemed to be by coding
Gnouc. He was very happy to hear that Ghoul needed some assistance by
making a musicdisk. Red Ice took the coding part on him, while Ghoul took
care of the graphics. Also Red Ice made some of the graphics. The music
   itself was made by Acidhead.

But Red Ice had to let the musicdisk wait, because he had to made Edos BBS
Intro in order of it's Sysop. It became a nice intro of 50k, with some
music of Bier. Bier is Red Ice's brother and became that good at composing
music, that we decided to let him join the group in Oct '94. Steel, the
Sysop of our WHQ became a half-member. He's also a member of Void.

In Nov '94 we Genuine started to make a demo for The Party '94. It
supposed to be the first product what was created by THE TEAM genuine and
not a just two or three members of it. But for a reason, which we all
think different about it didn't succeed.
The point is that except for the music from Bier, allmost every thing in
it was done by Red Ice. Please, do not think the other members didn't do
   anything...

The Party came near and Gnoek, MainBrain and Sick Sjaak still didn't knew
a way how to get to Denmark: They tried three organised bustrips to it but
the one from Hypnosiss, Red Ice and Bier had reservated a place for this
one, was full and the other two (one from Trance) were canceld. At the
last moment Bier took his place off for MainBrain, so that only MainBrain
and Red Ice could be present Genuine at the Party.

At the Party Red Ice was asked to join Logic Design... He said he had to
think it over when he was home. The members at home didn't like that
latest news from the Party '94 and most of them thougt he would decide to
   stay with his own group.
Xorgasm was showed and became 15th, or something like that.
At home Red Ice said he didn't stay because he just liked being in a
better group. Red Ice has melted... (and became Jace/Logic Design)

In Jan 94 we released The Supreme Court Intro. We know it ain't brilliant,
but it's only 8kb. Anyway, it just seems OK to us.
At this time Sick Sjaak became a member. He had done some nice graphics in
Xorgasm and he liked drawing more in future.

So Genuine had only one coder and a musicdisk which still wasn't finished
after half a year. MainBrain was the one who had to code the musicdisk.
   And he did (Phew).
At this time we heard from Jace he knew someone
at his university, who was a great coder too. Tim was his name and he was
member of an Amiga group. He said he liked to code for Genuine when he is
coding on PC, but because of his study he couldn't do much at that time.
Later he changed amiga group, he "joint" SpaceBalls.

A few days later we had a talk about Atrox. He was a friend of Fact and he
was one of the five original Genuine members when Genuine was formed. The
strange thing was that half of the Genuine members had not seen him yet.
He was busy with a adventure called "Dream Prisoner". That was the only
thing we knew. Bier, Sjaak, Steel and Tim still had not meet him.
MainBrain and Gnoek had only meet him twice. For that reason we asked Fact
to tell him we didn't consider him as a true Genuine member.

Genuine came to the X-95 with two releases. The first: Mellow zux, a
module from bier who supposed to took part in the music competition. It
contained a very hard gabbah-base and some Capella samples. (We're Sure
you will remember if you were at the X-95 party.) But because the X-95
staff did not think it was demo music and so it wasn't turned. (X-95
staff, watch out for our next demo.) Our second release was this music
disk. We really think Thunder Feelings is a great succes. Now that we've
got some "good" Sound Blaster players from Sinex Illusions we could
release a Sound Blaster version. (Tanks Guys.)

Some words to Jaze/Logic Design: Okay, Okay... We cut the part protecting
sux, but you have to admit that you did not expect MainBrain to pass
Flash' protect system in Spring(!). We'll vote for spring in Imphobia 11.
Please hurry with your game (balanz too), can't wait playing it. Thanks
Jace for helping for helping Gnoek with this %$*@ text file and testing
Thunder Feelings. Keep on DOC'king. GELUL4GN.OEK is the coldest file I've
ever seen. (Panoven report is zoooo koud.) Gnoek will handle a new TXT
   file to Bier soon!

Some words to Atrox: Sorry for being a bit rude but you have to understand
that we hardly knew you. Good luck with your game "Dream Prisoner". Bier
and MainBrain have played it quite a time. We hope you will soon release
the final version of it. Why don't you ever come to a party? You will like
it! Maybe we will see you sometime.
