            HOW TO GET THERE

Bekasmegyer is a suburbian part of
Budapest. The partyzone can be reached
pretty easily from any of the greater
bus and railway stations. So you simply
need to follow these instructions:

If you come by train:

 - Take the red signed underground (M2)
from the Eastern or the Southern
   station, to Square Batthiany, then
use the green suburbian train (HEV)
to get to Bekasmegyer (10 stops).

 - Go by tram number 4 or 6 towards
Buda from the Western railway station
and reach the head of Margit Bridge
(3 stops). Then change to the
suburbian train (HEV), and go to
   Bekasmegyer (9 stops).

If you arrive by bus:

 - Catch tram number 1 at the Stadium,
or at Arpad Bridge, then go to Buda.
You can take HEV at the Buda head of
Arpad Bridge, and it's only 6 stops
   towards the suburbs.

 - Use M2 underground from Square Deak
to Square Batthiany, then follow the
   instructions above.

And if you travel by car:

 - Reach the capital on any of the
motorways, then you can find road
number 11 easily, using the signs.
When you got it, there's nothing
else to do than coming along it,
   until you reach Bekasmegyer.
Then you have to turn to the left
at the crossroads, and get through
the train lines. Turn to your right
and after some 100 meters you'll
   see the partyplace.

When you are at Bekasmegyer, you do not
have to care any more about looking for
the partyzone. You'll see many signs and
arrows, pointing to your destination.

The Budapest Traffic Company sells line
tickets for 25Fts. They are useable on
only one vehicle and only once. You
can avoid buying the tickets, but you
have to take the risk to be caught. It
can cost a lot, but if you're clever
enough, you will manage. You need to
know, that tramlines are very rarely
checked, so it's worth using them. The
suburbian train is always checked. The
conductor starts from the end of the
train at the end-station, then goes
forwards car by car every stop. You can
easily escape, just be cautious!
Underground lines are the most
dangerous ones of all. The BTC
sometimes checks the passengers at
the exits, so you can hardly get out
of the net.

Some things you'd better know about:

 - We won't sell any kind of alcoholic

booze, then get your drink from the
   outside. But be careful! Drunken
ones will not be allowed to stay!

 - Smoking is hardly restricted in the
whole house, except for a signed
   place, where anyone can breath
   smoke if he wants.

 - Any person causing a damage in the
house will be obliged to pay.
So please do not put messages on

                CONTEST

As you could guess, there'll be all
the usual demo, intro, graphic and music
competitions at the party, in the middle
of an amazing Saturday night. The
competition topics may depend on the
number of the entering works, and an
opinion-poll. That means, if - for
instance - quite much people would like
a ray-tracing contest, there can be, but
it will reduce the amount of charge, you
can win on other topics. So here comes
a short list of the planned styles of
challanges, but it is object to change,
depending on the things metioned above.

Basic competition topics are :-

Demos on both PC-s and Amigas.
Amiga demos must run on any types of
  A500-s with any memory configurations
with at least 1 megabytes, or on a
  standard configured A1200.
PC demos have to work on a 386DX with
a standard 1meg SVGA graphic card, and
3 megabytes of memory. The demo can
use any kind of sound card, that is
connectable to this machine, but in
this case, the card must be included.

Intros on Amigas.
The intros must run on a standard A500
with 512KB CHIP-RAM only, and also on
  a standard A1200. The maximum
length of the file can be 64KBytes.
They might be packed with any
  crunchers available. The promgram have
to fully return to the operation
  system, with any configurations.

Graphics on both PC-s and Amigas.
The graphics should be in IFF/ILBM,
GIF, or PCX format, using a free
  chosen resolution and pixel aspect,
but the number of colours are limited
to be a maximum of 256. The drawing
  MUST be totally hand-made (mouse
made), and MUSTN'T contain scanned or
  digitized elements.

Musics on both PC-s and Amigas.
The musics can be created by your
  favourite editor without any
  restrictions, but the player routine
must be added to the module. There's
only one limitation about the number
of channels, that it shouldn't be
greater than four (=4 and no more).
  Please include your special sound
  cards, if you use some.

The presented works will not be
qualified by a jury, but only the
AUDIENCE. There's no entrance-fee for
any productions, but the disks
containing them will be held. Any
special hardware lend to show some works
will be returned to its owner, expect
for these disks. The topics listed
above are only directions, not final
decisions. They can be changed by the
wishes of the public. The charges of
the prizes given out are depending on
these conditions. The maximal amount of
money for one winner production is:-

Demo 20000 Fts
Intro 10000 Fts
Graphics 6000 Fts
Musics 6000 Fts

Deadline for all the competitions:
   Saturday 8.00PM
