Runs best on Chrome or Edge.
To run start a web server locally by double clicking start_webserver.bat.
Since this is a local web server, you will likely get a prompt from
Windows asking for permission to do this.
Then you can open the demo via start_demo or http://localhost:8080/.
Stop the webserver from stop_webserver.bat, closing the command prompt
isn't enough.
