Yes. the one that Limp Ninja was trying to buy through bribing: no MFX, Rob Is Jarig in "best demo" and a "best breakthrough" for Titan.

truck, that particular structure (actually it's a kiln) is actually the one i worry about least, because the entire structure is solid brick on the inside. check this close-up:

as for protecting property, there's a museum on the same terrain, and most buildings are considered to have special historical value by law. so yeps, there is indeed a certain risk attached to choosing this location. people could easily do a lot of expensive damage. in that sense, the only acceptable party location is a military base or such...

but that's not the kind of party we're trying to organise here. we offer the visitor more luxury, and a personal approach, in return we expect civilized behaviour. that method worked very well in previous years, so we're not going to change it. it doesn't mean anyone will be limited in what they can do at the party. it just means that if you're going to smash up that monitor, you should ask an orgo where to do it, and we'll find a suitable place for you. hell, we'll even arrange a hammer if you need it. ;)

Outline Press Release
May 2nd 2006

In addition to the already announced activities, we are proud to present to you the first two live music acts to perform at the Outline 2006 demoparty, early june in Zevenaar, NL:

303f

&

gwEm

This is the first time Outline will feature live acts. We are excited to see the party develop in this direction, and predict that it will further enhance the atmosphere that our event is known for. A big "Thank You!" must go out to the involved artists, and the Demozone organisation for providing us with a PA setup. Without their assistance, it wouldn't have been possible to offer our registered visitors these shows free of charge.

Quote from http://www.303f.com/ :
"303f is a four-man live band creating electronic music they call atmospheric techno. Aiming to produce their own tracks and play them live on stage, they add uplifting sounds, melody and percussion to elevate regular techno to atmospherical proportions."

Quote from http://preromanbritain.com/gwem/ :
"Gareth Morris is gwEm - Atari ST Old Skool Rave DJ and Heavy Metal dude (The E stands for Enhanced)"

Hmm, let's see, how can I move this thread up without making it look like a shameless plug for the new outline website?

Ah, I know: PS, you forgot to tell us that we shouldn't forget to come to InerciaDemoparty :-)

Ryanair offers return flights from London Stansted to Duesseldorf/Weeze (Niederrhein) for only 25 GBP now- including all taxes! The organisers will provide a cheap transport service between party location and airport.

Cheap wishes!

I have sent an email to Ryanair, voicing p01's complaint, and signed it with a picture of Chuck Norris. Let's hope they will respond accordingly. ;-)

I booked a Oslo Gardmoen-Amsterdam Schipol flight with Sterling for june 2 and 5, it's ~200€. Nowhere near the ~40€ of the London-Duesseldorf flight with Ryanair :(

Going to Stansted first is not really an option, it'd be almost as expensive, if not more actually, and would be a painful expedition
added on the 2006-05-14 13:35:03 by p01 p01
havoc: thanks. I'm gonna cancel my flight at Sterling right now as Ryanair will wet their pant and afreight a flight just for me and Chuck as they receive the mail.
