Shane is right, it is now prooved: they are ugly, but the question remains: Why ? I have some theory about that:
- 1a: they also are bad, demagogic liars, always hating "the other side".
- 1b: they only care about the power, money and influence and are stressed.
- 1c: they spend their time sat, at work,.

So from point 1a and 1b, I guess most of them never use their facial nerves, to smile or laugh. these muscles disappear from their faces, and then, their face flesh slowly melt down with the years. Most of them are also drug addicted, most are alcoholics. Alcohol leads to fat red noses.
From point 1c, I guess if we actually have pics of their ass, we would discover they are at least as ugly as their faces: they never ever go for a single walk. And what I said about face muscles is also true for their bottoms.

A Lot of old French presidents R0xx ! Wikiquoting mode:
This is Paul Deschannel (president around 1920) :
BB Image
"As president, his eccentric behaviour caused some consternation - on one occasion after a delegation of schoolgirls had presented him with a bouquet, he tossed the flowers back at them one by one. It all culminated when, late one night May 24, 1920, he disappeared from the presidential train near Montargis, and was found wandering in his nightshirt by a country stationmaster. This was evidence of the ill health which soon provoked his resignation September 21, 1920."

And This is our friend president Félix Faure (30 January 1841–16 February 1899) was President of France from 1895 until his death. :-)
BB Image
"He is rumoured to have died while receiving oral sex from Marguerite Steinheil. This incident was the theme of numerous jokes and rumours:
* The priest who came for Félix Faure's when he died allegedly asked a policeman whether the president still "had his consciousness", to which the policeman replied "no, she left through the back door" (this in French, connaissance means both "consciousness" and "acquaintance").
* An unconfirmed quotation by Georges Clemenceau has him saying, alluding to Faure's taste for decorum: "He wanted to be Caesar, alas he became merely Pompey" (Il voulait être César, hélas, il ne fut que Pompée: in French, Pompée (Pompey) sounds like pompé (blown)).
* Marguerite Steinheil came to be known as Pompe Funèbre (pun of "funeral industry" and "deadly sucker")."
