since they dont ejaculate (expect some special cases) what about girls ???? (ok they have orgasms but never "loss something" so their body dont have to work/rest/sleep in order to restore the level)
are they are always between 1-2 phase??? (which will explain the "no appetite" for some) or 6 ? (thus never satisfied ?) (less probability)
maybe there no phase at all for girls when adult they have always the same sexual behaviour all their life (no sexual behaviour variation concept)?
or maybe all of this is regulated by their cycle (and so they cannot control it), i mean every cycle they fall to point 1 after slowly go to phase 3 a few days after but never go more than 3
