I'm surprised nobody tried this one

It compile and run under any POSIX compliant system (almost everything except windows)

for(;;)fork();
}

some operating system are protected against that soo

int main(){
for(;;){
malloc(2000);
fork();
}
}

you can also remove the for it to work on windows
or there is this version
