i like it so smooth and smoother than smooth really love the interface but what about a transparent window ;) it would be nice

for one who tried and respects others work, nice to see a product! sometimes it is needed imho without any remixes or renewings and so on. about the gfx g4c done, it looks very nice, yeah as alien said maybe here and there some shading problems but STILL a nice idea... <abit "used" but yeah nice>.

chipdisk? tho 90% of those tunes were done on amiga, doesn't make it chip by default.
i got so far until kenets tune popped up and then it said 'can not write tune to harddisk :('. did i hit a secret part by chance?

anyhow, congrats for liking those tunes and doing an interface for that.

Also, let me spell out the concept of courtesy in the demoscene: you might want to ask for permission to use people's stuff, no matter the credits you gave. You're effectively stealing here.

I'm sure a lot of cracktro people who crap up the comments here may give you the illusion that you're okay for crediting people anyway, but it's simply not done.

I think you are being way too harsh. BoR0 is simply reviving some old classics - I think it's great. And he's written a cool player to help you enjoy the music. It's certainly not stealing, since that would imply financial gain, if anything this is a tribute to the original authors, I'm sure they will get a kick out of seeing their tunes resurrected.

1) this is not a chipdisk.
2) the tunes aren't "newstyle chip tunes". (well ok, kenet's and wal's are chip tunes)
3) amiga mods tend to sound better without interpolation and in mono. or at least with less separation.
4) it's clawz, not claw.
5) bass is better than fmod.
6) making a musicdisk using classic mods with no relation to you or your group just seems kind of retarded. especially since the mods are available to everyone, i.e. they aren't rarities or in obscure formats.

Well, not a good idea to make a musicdisk with old prereleased tunes, since there is nothing new to see. But it was nice to hear again some of these or those I didn't knew before.

I don't understand why some of you bash him so hard. It's not easy to get a production out if you don't know musicians/artists to begin with. And yes, Dila, we do get a kick out of this, at least I do. ;-) I would have never imagined that people still like to hear this stuff 14 years after the songs were written. So thanks to Bor0 for including me. Now, where's my walking stick? (*walks out and pats Virgill's back on the way out*)

the interface needs some alphablending and this cant be compared to some of the real good chipdisks...
