Because of the unpaid taser police-bill from last year which he was telling about some people at breakpoint. (airport check-in is a bitch it seems :)

He bought a taser last year in bingen, and on the way home their car was pulled over. Police found the taser and decided it was illegal. He never payed the bill, and was quite happy about it at the party...
