Vista Business x64 on my main laptop (still waiting for first BSOD 5 months after installing)
XP Pro on my thinkpad

soon to build a desktop, will transfer vista to that, leaving my former main machine OSless.
Vista Home Premium and 2000 SP4 at home. XP SP2 at work.

Interesting to see how things are changing, I bet 5 years back almost everyone would be using some form of windows. Perhaps in 5 years the scene will be split between ubuntu and osx?

I forgot to say I also use Ubuntu. But I don't like linux. It's like comunism. It only works in theory.

psonice, then i sure hope we have oldschool platform compos for those of us who don't like their screen to wobble and waggle whenever they move their mouse or don't like to look up and type three (!) obscure commands in order to get disconnected from a wireless network. but yeah, i'm sure the amiga zealots said similar things when they noticed their platform went down the drain so maybe you're right.

So, in 5 years, we'll have 3 groups of sceners:

A really unproductive group that only manages a demo every 3 years because it takes so long to type anything with a wii remote

A group of linux fans with an ultra high end desktop rendered on the sides of a 4-dimensional cube, who no longer use a mouse at all because it takes so long for the screen to stop wobbling

And a group of sceners who no longer visit parties, because they spent all their cash on macs

Vista business 32-bit. I can't go back to XP now, I find XP is too irritating.
