Û Yeah here is the SAC Art Package vol.17, delayed, but who cares, its betterÛ
Û as never. This delay attribute to, mmh let me call it "differences" within Û
Û the group. The activities of most of the SAC members was more than poor. Û
Û I mentioned, that the most members are not much interessted in the group. Û
Û Beside some exceptions, no one of the group was "able" to send me his art Û
Û stuff on time or just to say "hello, i am still alive, but did nothing". Û
Û The well known and fix-dated release date past and nobody of SAC noticed Û
Û that no SAC Pack was released. Û
Û This arouse my suspicion. Û

Û Okay. I started with thinking about all this stuff (as the only one in SAC,Û
Û as ever) and came to the conclusion that a group with quite democratic Û
Û structure is not practible. Û
Û May it works, if the group is only a bunch of guys, where everybody knows Û
Û eachother personaly, frequently phones together and maybe drinking beer Û
Û together. But if the stuff becomes a bit larger and we hope more popular, Û
Û this form of group structure is a dead end street. Û
Û SAC is the best example for it. Û

Û After this important insight i decided to restructure the group completly. Û
Û First action was to kick much of the SAC Members to declare them to ex-SAC Û
Û members. All SAC BBS's and FTP-Sites followed. Û

Û giga.or.at. Sysops and Site-Op dont ask us for Affil./Dist. or HQ status Û

Û The new Member Structure of SAC is separated in 4 parts. Û

Û 2. Senior Members (Guys, who are long time in SAC, quite reliable AND Û

Û 4. Trials (all new SAC guys, like time of probation, about 6-12 month, Û

Û To rise from Trial to Memberstatus dont means, that you are "unfireable". Û
Û Who is doing shit, changes his attitude in a negative way, dies or is not Û
Û contactable for not understandable reasons for a long time can be kicked Û
Û from each position. Okay, may be its most times enough to set one back to Û
Û a lower status. We will see. Û

Û There is no Membervoting for applies as in the past. Û
Û Only Hetero and/or me decide about "newbes". EVERY "newbe" joins first as Û

Û last blockhead will be reminded on it, stuff like a law have to be enact. Û

Û I think the new way of SAC is understandable for everyone. Most guys will Û

Û (warez,art/demo,shareware etc.), second small stuff isnt cogent shit, thirdÛ
Û small stuff not have to stay small and fourth the remaining rest is not Û
Û automaticly be "elite". Û
Û To draw for small groups/boards/sites is not "lame", as it isnt "elite" to Û
Û draw for the majors and well known only. Û
Û I think the division in "lame" and "elite" itself is the bullshitt at all. Û
Û Who is calling himself as "elite", only want to upgrade himself at the Û
Û others expense. Boy, this is a sign of character weakness. Û
Û Who think, that he is super special, better, nicer as the others dont need Û
Û to waste his time on applying to SAC. Û
Û Guys who are calling himself as "elite" are the real "lamers" in my eyes. Û

Û With view to the art, it means, that its never worseless to spend some timeÛ
