harism, do you want to get a maintainer of the 'relaxing demos' list? -
i think it's best not to participate on that one but thank you for asking -

So Morph OS demos goes into the Amiga PPC/RTG category? -
Perhaps that category could be renamed to " Non-Amiga 'Amiga' " -

Did anyone try to run some demos on a ThinkPad? ;) -
Sure, why not? It's just a laptop series. As suitable for watching demos as any other laptop series. -
they usually have a shitty onboard intel gpu though, so it 'runs' demos, but if you run something high end, you can probably count the FPS on one hand :P -
that very much depends on the model... used a W500 for 10 years as my main machine, it had discrete AMD graphics which were okay at the time; these days you can easily add an external GPU via thunderbolt on the pricier models -
Software rendered demos should work fine. -
You can count till 31 with one hand if you count in binary. -

Thinkpads with relatively decent graphics cards do exist. Nevertheless, those models are most of the time not exactly cheap. -
hence 'usually'... the thirteen in a dozen ones that are commonly used as company lappy are meh ;) -
my (dumpster-dived) thinkpad E560 has a discrete AMD GPU (Oland iirc?) -
Cheap laptops have cheap GPUs, news at 11
