- Nice writeups..so maybe problem is deeper than just "pouet scaring newcomers" (allegedly).
- It's kind of like blaming tiktok or shorts for productivity loss - yeah, shit is addictive and bad for you and make your problems worse, but you decide to watch it.
- I'm on discussion groups since the 90s, like comp.graphics.algorithms was my favorite and I never ever was going to alt.religion or smth. We should maybe make more use of topic theme - some should be ok for open heated discussions (general), but some strictly technical (music, graphics).
