tmb: good thing nobody gives a shit about his "prods" then :) -
neoneye: and they forgot TBC ;) -
neoneye: yeah, and I got sick reading all those clueless comments: "it's not 4k! they're using external libraries like directx which draws it all for them!!!111111" -
yeah those comments are fakking depressing :( -
yeah let's see them write a damn driver in 4k with the effect code. -
Lets see them try to write a 4k and then tell us how stupid it is, ignorant fucks. *note to self, don't read slashdot* -
Slashdot ppl being dumb faggots? Why I'd never! -
carmack already did that in 1995! -
'" Impressive, though it seems the demo scene has evolved to include the use of platform libraries (graphics/synthesizer.) "' -
Yes! render engines, softsynths, it all comes free with DirectX 10!!! -
Just send fuckings to those lamers in your next 4k. That'll shut them up. -
no it won't, they won't watch a demo in their entire life -
You could call it a "pythontro," that'd get there interests. Seems they're all over the python and the sql and the whatnot -
ponyo? -
using biosfont in a 4k is FUCKING LAME -
Is slashdot still a very popular site? I remember hearing about it in the mid 2000s but has it remained fairly popular? -
pretty much yes. most servers just die when got linked from slashdot. and using hardware in 4k is fucking lame! -
It makes me sad when trying to come accross how awesome demos are to the public. These people are suppose to be *somewhat* more computer literate and they still don't get it... sad :( -
i think it's like an upside down bell curve with computer literacy and excitement over demos, in the middle is where the illusion that you actually know what the fuck is going on really dwells -
