@jobe, there are different kinds of opinions. Some opinions absolutely deserve to be dismissed due to the the people voicing them having no clue.
I do not really dispute what you said. But I also know that "never having made a proper demo" is a surprisingly good heuristic for not having a clue, even if it is not always true (obviously).
